On June 10, 2018, Li Jinguo directed an interview with Hong Borong and Chen Decheng at Natural Acupuncture and Wellness in New York.

Dr. Hong Borong tells the historic story of acupuncture. Dr. Hong tells the story of promoting acupuncture legislation and insurance in the early days, as well as many interesting stories.

Hong Lao and Chen Decheng gave each other gifts. Hong Lao gave Chen Decheng a collection of the records of the World Acupuncture Academic Annual Conference held in New York in 1996. Chen Decheng presented his first acupuncture monograph, "Chinese

Acupuncture and Moxibustion.

Li Jinguo was the director of the original CCTV Education Bureau. After he retired, he served as the chairman of the National Health Industry News Photography Committee, Beijing Digital Global Media Culture and Art Co Ltd., China Global Channel TV Director, and many others.
